Service

Any request for the supply of digital files to be used for production or any instruction for us to proceed with further work toward the physical production of a digital model we have created signifies that you have read and agree to these terms and are satisfied that the work supplied by us meets all of the requested design specifications and tolerances you deem acceptable to enable the model to be finished to your satisfaction.

Lead Times

We will advise expected completion times for all aspects of work agreed to be undertaken and to the best of our ability keep you informed should these times be subject to early completion or delay.

Delivery

All deliveries will be dispatched using signed for services dependant on the size and value of the goods to be dispatched. Delivery times of items will vary according to the service best suited to goods supplied and we will inform you of the cost of these services prior to dispatch.

Bespoke Orders

We will ask for written confirmation of satisfaction prior to supply of digital files for casting or prior to any requested work by ourselves. We will provide you with a link to view the file, which will allow you to thoroughly inspect and measure every element of the piece. STL files supplied will be water-tight and fully adhere to any finger sizes, stone sizes or any other specified design element dimension supplied by the client. Consideration or castable prototypes will be supplied based on these files and thefore the same premise. We cannot be held responsible for the casting or manufacturing methods of 3rd parties should the STL files or castable models we supply produce pieces with unsatisfactory results. We will endeavour where possible to work with any 3rd party in an attempt to resolve any issues. We may request non-refundable deposits amounting to 50% of the quoted value of materials for bespoke orders.

Returns

For bespoke commissions, no refunds or exchanges can be offered owing to the individual nature of such orders. If the item supplied is found to be faulty, we will either repair or re-make the item as is necessary and arrange pre-paid postage allowing return of the item to us.
